Participation costs​

Cost for participation are 500 euros excluding VAT for one person and will be invoiced prior to the trip. The costs for a second person to join are 250 euro excluding VAT.

Marketing materials, lunches, and dinners mentioned in the program are included.

Personal travel, accommodation, out-of-pocket expenses, transportation costs in the city, and any other costs (such as insurance) are at your own expense.

Conditions

  1. The registration form must be fully completed

  2. A maximum of 2 people may participate per company

  3. The participant(s) are expected to attend the entire program. If any part is missed, the price remains the same, and deviations are the responsibility and at the expense of the participant

  4. The registration is confirmed once the participant receives confirmation including invoice.

  5. Free cancellation is possible til March 31st 2025. After this date, the full costs will be charged

  6. The invoice for participation must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date

  7. After the mission, the participant will receive an evaluation form and is expected to complete it as thoroughly as possible

  8. You consent to being included in the Enterprise Europe Network database and to reporting back
