€2,000,00 (excl. VAT) – includes coshare package & benefits.
SMEs
€10,500 (excl. VAT) – includes coshare package & benefits.
Personal travel, accommodation, out-of-pocket expenses, transportation costs in the city, and any other costs (such as insurance) are at your own expense.
Conditions
The registration form must be fully completed
A maximum of 2 people may participate per company
The participant(s) are expected to attend the entire program and be available at the booth all 3 days. If any part is missed, the price remains the same, and deviations are the responsibility and at the expense of the participant
Participation is confirmed once the participant receives a confirmation including the invoice from the organization
Free cancellation is possible til July 18 2025. After this date, the full costs will be charged!
The invoice for participation must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date
After the mission, the participant will receive an evaluation form and is expected to complete it as thoroughly as possible
